Unable to see or download the sessions of the chatbot that is undergoing testing.

Hi folksNeed some help here. All the while, I am able to download the sessions (or rather the chat transcript) of the Chatbot this is currently under testing on the Demo Website. For the past 1 week, this option is always empty and I cant see the sessions at all. May I humbly ask for some help to resolve this issue?I tried to insert an image but unable to. In general, the message shows "No sessions to download yet"
