Win10 explorer.exe crash and restart all the time, so that I can't see the desktop. CPU is very high when I run the cmd explorer in task manager and have to kill it. Looks the antimalware services is high CPU when explorer is executed.I tried to reboot the OS and use sfc /scan, the issue still there. However, I can login the safe mode and the desktop is there without crash.Below is the error message.
