can't install windows 11 on dell inspiron n5110,gives blinking cursor

hello friends,I used to be able to burn windows 11 pro edition 64bit iso file on my dell inspiron n5110 laptop by thumb drive using a software called rufus selecting mbr option, now i downloaded the official iso file from the website and on booting from it's bootable in legacy mode it gives a blinking cursor much like mentioned in this thread.appreciate your support
