Hi all,My Polycom knowledge is not brilliant so apologies if this is a silly question.We have a user who uses a Polycom CX300 R2 connected via USB to her laptop, which uses a Skype for Business client. She has recently switched laptops and since the switch, whenever she is on a call and attempts to put the phone back into the cradle, it doesn't end the call like it would on the old laptop, and has to end the call manually on the SFB client. The same is the case for using the keypad during a call, for example "Click 1 for X option", and also has to use the SFB client.She is seeing the message "
