I HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED WINDOWS 10 ON MY LAPTOP BUT I CAN ONLY CONNECT TO MY WIRELESS NETWORK I CANT CONNECT WITH M LAN CABLE AND IF I GO TO MY NETWORK & INETNET SETTINGS I ONLY SEE MY WIRELESS NETWORN INTERNET I CANT FINT MY ETHERNET SO THAT I CAN CONNECT MY LAN CABLE PLZ HELP I HAVE A HP 620 LAPTOP
