CCleaner completely broke my Wi-Fi driver. I don't see the Wi-Fi tile on the taskbar popup, nor in the settings.

It's very clear what my issue is in the question. I was doing some homework when I couldn't stand the slowness of my internet. It's been like that for a couple days, but that's not too relevant to my issue. I went on CCleaner and updated all my drivers. The Wi-Fi driver broke while it was installing. I rebooted my system only to be met with a crushing disappointment that it couldn't roll back the driver because there wasn't an internet connection. I tried updating the driver with windows device manager, but that didn't work. I rebooted another time, and tried device manager again, but now it's
