Hello, Good Afternoon.We would like to inquire support regarding our RDS Environment.The servers are all crashing at random times with Blue Screens. The errors are regarding the following
RIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALFile: NETIO.SYSUpon further review using BlueScreenViewer, we see a common denominator for ntoskrnl.exe, which is the Windows NT OS Kernal. I have the MEMORY.DMP File Compressed and ready to send. Would you be able to provide some assistance for where I can upload this as well as finding out what exactly is causing the System to crash randomly. Looking forward to hearing from you
