Hello, I am in need of some help. When I go to play Mass Effect Andromeda, I go to delete old files, but the game crashes and goes to blue screen with the System Service Exception at the bottom. I have tried every single method I can find online, from rebooting, clean G-Force install, Updating Drivers, Updating Windows, chkdsk, and scan now on command prompt, and Windows Memory Diagnostic, but nothing seems to be working. The computer runs just fine with all of the other games, but it is only when I try and run Mass Effect Andromeda that I get this problem.
