Windows Server 2016 failing to update

A few of the WS2016 servers that I manage are failing to update. It seems they have not been updaing for a while. They are all showing the error 0x800F0922 and when I run the update troubleshooter, I get a message saying, "Potential Windows Update Database error detected". One thing that I've found in common between servers is that they were all upgrade-in-place from WS2012. I've tried running sfc and dism without any luck.Has anyone else ran into this before?
