Windows not opening

Sir,I have a problem with my windows.I can't able to open my windows.There was no problem till my last use yesterday.Today I opened my lap and entered my password,but a black screen is displayed.The mouse pointer is moving but menu bar is not visible.What should I do???Can you respond immediately please...
