Hello,I just bought and installed a new Ryzen 7 7700x CPU, an Aorus B650 Elite AX ICE, and some G.skill DDR5 16gb sticks (2 of them), and I've been having many strange issues as of recent. I have a Samsung 980 nvme 1tb SSD as my boot drive, a few other ssds and hdds, and a Nvidia 4070, which I had over from my old build. I did a full wipe of the boot drive, and reinstalled windows. Even after that, my computer freezes on install of programs (such as Nvidia's driver software, and it gets stuck on opening whatsapp), freezes in certain places (Clicking on certain settings on Microsoft settings
