When turn on W11 file compression I get two file errors

Using Window C: Properties dialog box to turn on compression,1. i get access denied, you need to provide administrator permission, I am the administrator.2. error occurred applying attributes to C:\dumpstack.log.tmp 3: error occurred applying attributes to the filec:\swapfile.sys Why am i getting these errors?
