I can't install Windows 11

I have problem with my installing Windows 11. My Windows 10 says, my processor is not in support, but when I got on: Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 22H2 Supported Intel Processors | Microsoft Learn my proccesor is on a list of supporting processors. Can someone help me, please???My processor is Intel Core i7-5500U and I have problem only with processor, the rest is all well.
