Server Restart - Event 1003

I

Ian Zahn

Hi, We have a HP ML350 G3 with Windows 2003 SP2. It is used for WSUS, Print
Server, Etrust Admin Server, SQLAnywhere database and some small IIS programs.

The server is rebooting sporaticly, not at the smae time each day, not every
day but nearly sometimes multi times a day. I think it is driver related but
how do I diagnose this? It actually stared probably 6 months ago, but very
seldom, now it is daily.
I have run the latest HP drivers through it, though not the printer drivers
that it hosts. Is there a program like pstat that I can run? I ran this but
do not understand output.
Here is the system error 1003
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 d0000002, parameter3
00000001, parameter4 ba2309f8
Any suggestion or tools will greatly be appreciated.

thanks

Ian
