shimgvw.dll ImageView_Fullscreen error

Windows 200 Service Pack 4 When trying to open images I am receiving this
error. Any help would be appreciated to correct this.

You might find someone who can help you if you post to a newsgroup
supporting those running Windows 2000. This newsgroup is primarily
intended for those running the Windows Millennium operating system. I no
longer have a PC running Win2K but I would start by checking the version
of shimgvw.dll and perhaps try replacing it with a clean copy, perhaps
from another PC.
