Advanced Features

I've set up my delegation just the way I want it for my help desk however now
I want to prevent them from seeing advanced features, any ideas?

Would that be delegated permission to objects in AD? If so, the Delegation
Wizard will give them access to only what you specify. Alternatively, you
can use the Security tab to deny them access to the specific Advanced
Features (Properties) that you are refering to but this is not exactly a
best practice.

yes, and yes i agree but what I need them to do and what I don't need them to
do is a very fine line. Hiding the security tab or removing the advanced
features would give is what we want. Do you know the exact permissions
property name to prevent changing anything under the secuity tab?
