Additional Upgrade Licence

I want to purchase another licence online for an XP Home upgrade disc - but
it would appear that the MS website only offers this facility to US
customers. Anyone know if there there is a UK option?

Go and buy an upgrade from your favourite web retailer it will be cheaper
than MS, and probably quicker to get the media
