Went to run mrt.exe from the System32 dir in an English install of
Vista 64, and it came up in all Arabic. This happened on two
different US-based Vista 64 machines in different locations. Version
is listed as 1.18.1507.0, date 9/18/2006, size 6,020,000, language
Arabic (Saudi Arabia). These installs are up-to-date on Windows
Update. Any idea how this version of MRT could have gotten onto these
machines?
