Hello:

The Windows Defender program that I have installed on my computer system is
not running its scheduled scan time on a daily basis.

How can I get the Windows Defender program to run its scheduled scan time on
a daily basis, because I do have the scan time set at 11:00 am daily?

Microsoft has established separate newsgroups for Windows Defender support
and comments. This is not one of them.
