Server 2003 & Sage Line 50

Hi,

I have a very strange problem that am fnding diffcult to resolve or start to
resolve.

We have a Server2003R2 box with 1 app, our accounts program Sage Line 50.
The problem i'm being faced with is , within the program, there is an option
to design your own reports, (report designer) which generaly takes 15-20 secs
to open.

From my own PC as an example, 1 day it can be the timing above, other days
it can takes 1m 40secs, and nothing has changed, or been amended.

any help on where to start diagnosing this would be very grateful.
