Windows 2003 reboots on shutdown - Start, Shutdown

Hello,

I have a Windows R2 X64 SP2 server.

When I click on Start, shutdown and tell it to shutdown - NOT reboot, it
still reboots. All my other servers just shutdown but this one always
reboots. I haven't tried a DOS command yet to shut it down but I'd like to
fix whatever is causing it to reboot during a normal shutdown.

Any guesses?

Try this command: shutdown -s -f. Does that work?

Thanks - I haven't tried that yet - I'm trying to avoid the DOS command for now and figure out why the standard method isn't working. I saw a thread about this same thing a while back but since I wasn't having the problem at the time I didn't take note.
