Question regarding Terminal Server Licenses

I'm doing a bit of research here and need some answers to a few questions.

W2K3 Server which will be a terminal server as it will have Citrix loaded.
What kind of licensing do I need? Do I need regular user CAL's or Terminal
Server licenses or both?

If you aren't using it as a file/print box, I believe all you'll need are TS
CALs. But for any licensing questions, call MS or your reseller for the
straight dope.
