I was wondering - since there is an option to place the Sidebar on the Left
or Right hand sides of the desktop, can we get an option to move it
length-wise to the TOP of the desktop?
i thought that maybe it was because there was s secret taskbar or something
on the top, but since the space is empty, maybe it could be another option as
far as positioning it on the desktop. as a widescreen user, it seems like
when the sidebar is on the sides, the expanded windows (not fullscreen) make
it feel like a 4:3 monitor.
