Save Outlook View settings

C

Chadder

When I change my Outlook view settings such as moving the reading pane to the
bottom of the screen, and then disconnect my Remote Desktop session, the next
time I open Outlook I lose my settings nad go back to the defaults. Does
anyone know how to fix this? It sounds like the profile is not retaining the
settings.

Hello,

Thank you for using newsgroup!

From your post, I have performed further test but I cannot reproduce your
issue. Could you check if the Reading Pane has been checked after the issue
occurs?

Thanks & Regards,

Ken Zhao
