Re: EVR fullscreen window: windows - bad Image

I'm getting this message (alternating with a similar one that doesn't
mention EVR Fullscreen) when playing downloaded programmes from BBC
iPlayer. Again, I can get rid of it by pressing OK several times quickly
and the programme pays OK - it's just very annoying, and BBC says that
it's a general problem in WMP 11.
The problem started only after I did a Repair Install of Vista Home
Premium (32 bit), which caused me to need to delete and reinstall the
DMR files (under BBC guidance).
Any ideas?

I seem to have cracked this! First I tried uninstalling both RealPlayer and
iTunes
and rebooting - but the problem was still there. Then I looked for the last
Windows Update that mentioned WMP - and found it was KB 929399. So I
uninstalled that, and after rebooting - the problem has disappeared!
From the description of the 'important' update, I don't think I'll miss it
(it's about rights to downloaded music, which I don't do) - but will its
absence cause a problem regarding installation of Vista SP1?
I'll go back and reinstall RealPlayer and report back if it causes a problem.

Hmm...sorry guys, reinstalling RealPlayer 11 (free version) has brought the
problem back BUT uninstalling it again won't clear it - damn! And System
Restore isn't letting me go back far enough to reinstate the good setup -
'unidentified problem'! Any idea how to overcome that?
