Continous problem w/Adobe Reader...........

Problem: Each time I download documents,etc...in PDF format, when

I try to print said doc(s), a rectangle pops up stating "Unable to
begin print job. Is printer available?" I then check if printer is
connected...available,etc. It is. Even printed test page just fine.
Tried switching from "doc" to "Image" on printer,
as suggested @ Adobe help site, to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions
out there would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We need to know first what PDF app you use and whether
it ever printed OK. (The most recent versions of Adobe
Acrobat Reader are not programmed to run under Win98.)
If yours used to print OK, list here what changes you made
(hardware or software) since this app last printed PDFs OK.

A free alternative to Acrobat is Foxit. It is much faster for reading
large/complex PDFs.

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm (download the
installer/exe verion, not the msi version)

While they also offer optional add-ins for a price, the basic reader is 100%
free and works very well.
