As a software evaluator, I am aware that there are a large variety of
options to choose from when looking to optimize and speed up your
computer. Many computers are plagued by spyware and registry issues.
According to CNN there is over a 90% chance that your PC is infected
with spyware. That is why it is essential to have an antispyware
program as a part of your PC arsenal. Registry issues are one of the
most common issues related to the freezing of your computer and
annoying error messages, therefore a registry cleaner is absolutely
essential.
1. AntiSpyware: According to Wired News, "Spyware is the biggest
threat to personal computing." But what exactly is spyware? Spyware is
a program that performs malicious activity on your computer without
your knowledge. This includes annoying pop-ups even if you're not on
the internet, tracking cookies that follow you everywhere you go
online, keyloggers that record your passwords, and programs that leave
your PC wide open for future attacks. These are all the things that
annoy the heck out of you, and slow your computer down. The program I
recommend to take care of these issues is AntiSpywareBot. Developed by
2Squared, this award winning program quickly removes problems and
optimizes your PC....

Especially with a name like "Jeremiah Wright"......lol. He tried his
best to mess up Obama, now he will try it with unsuspecting computer
users.

Figgs, whose husband just had a REALLY OLD birthday yesterday!!

I had a really big birthday on May 1 which makes me REALLY OLD too. No
prizes for guessing but here are a few clues:
The prototype of the world's first jet airliner took to the skies. The Land
Rover first rolled off the production line. The LP record and the transistor
were invented.

Old, but probably not as old as Figgs, her husband and
Heirloom. :p

Hi Old Guy.......I played LP's and remember when 45's were invented.
Think the transistor (radio) was early 60's. Daughter had a few. Dunno
about the Land Rover (Jag is more my style, grin), but I flew by a prop
plane to Miami and my ears rang for 3 days.

Happy Taurean Birthday to you as well. (stubborn, fussy and
goodlooking, lol)

Which was 1947 and adding up to '61'.
That's not old by any means, but rather 'middle-aged'.
See you in a 'couple of years'.
And what do you do for 'SPAM'? <H>.

The first flight of a prototype DH.106 (De Havilland Comet) took place on
27 July 1949 however production started on the initial eight aircraft in
1947. The Land Rover dates from 1947 as does the first working point
effect transistor (Shockley and co working at Bell Labs).

Not bad for a computer wizard, Mike and that's how many years 'before' your
time, or is it 'after'? (You don't have to answer that, unless you bluff in
poker).

Harry.

That's close enough for me.
Now the trick is, to make the rest of it worthwhile <bg>. <H>.

Oh dear, my apologies, some errors in my post. The year I'm referring to is
1948 which is correct for the LP record and the Land Rover. The Comet first
flew in 1949 according to Wikipedia although other sources claim 1948 and
the transistor was indeed 1947.

As for SPAM I love it especially the fritters.

Your disposition is adorable, Godfrey, you can stay, without apologies.
