Domain Users Install Printer

Is there a way to allow domain users to add printers to their profile on a
windows 2003 SP2 terminal server?

By default domain users can map network printers that are shared on a
print server. The printer mappings are stored in the user's registry
hives. Is this what you mean, or are you referring to the
_installation_ of new printers on the TS?
