I am running a local network with 3 machines, administrated and used only by
myself. I prefer to run as the "Administrator" user on all 3, because its
much easier to install new software, and set up folder sharing. I have set up
file shares so that only the "Administrator" user is allowed access (not even
the Administrators group).
I notice that even if my Admin password is different on each machine, I can
still access the shared files. I thought this was supposed to be impossible?
Shouldn't it require the same password to access the files. Otherwise, it
seems anyone with an "Administrator" user name and access to my network could
get at my files?
