Powershell for A.D.?

Hey all,
Just curious if there is an implementation of Powershell (like the one in
Exchange 2K7) for A.D.. When I use Google I'm seeing a lot of .wsh and .vbs
scripts that are being called PowerShell but I'm referring to the one line
cmdlet's that I use with Exchange.
Anyone know if that's available for A.D.?
