I normally use a Speedtouch 585 DSL modem/router. Sometimes, I
connect to another modem when I'm on the road. I think it's a Linksys
(not sure if it matters). When connecting to this other modem, I have
to enable a rule that allows UDP connections from an ISP IP (port 53)
to services.exe. According to
http://groups.google.com/group/micr..._frm/thread/276127f9eb548070/e4ba0568c9fdaaff
these are DNS responses (confirmed by ipconfig /all). However, the
DNS servers are normally my Speedtouch 585 rather than an ISP IP. Is
this normally a configurable modem setting?
