How do you update Windows 98?

On this Microsoft webpage -

It tells me about the availability of "Microsoft Windows 98 Customer
Service Pack". I am assuming that this is a big all-in-one update to
Windows 98, which is what I am after.

In the above-mentioned article, it says -

Windows 98 Customer Service Pack is available for download from the
Windows Update Web site:

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

The problem I am having at the moment is that if I go to the above
webpage (using my XP-based PC), I get automatically redirected to -

http://tinyurl.com/33fhgk

This appears to be the new Microsoft update service. In the FAQ
section on this webpage, it says that the "Supported versions and
languages" are 2003, XP and 2000 -- no mention of 98.

My question is -- is it possible to download an "all-in-one" (or maybe
just a couple of large bundled updates for instance) Windows 98SE
update pack, using an XP-based PC connected to the internet?

2. Use a collection provided by someone else to update the system offline. I

As a non-techie, with the appropriate warnings, I chose to install
AutoPatcher for Win98SE or rather let this software install itself on
my computer, takes up to 11/2 hours with up to 20 reboots to fully
install, which actually updates 98SE up to Feb/08. My perception is
that my computer has never run better. I have even been in email
communication with the AutoPatcher programmer on several occasions
when I was having the occasional problem. There is an excellent forum
for AutoPatcher as well. Perhaps I was lucky but the programs works
superbly for me. I always warn that you take your chances trying a
program like this, so it is a personal choice. As a precaution, I
always use Norton Ghost to backup my "C" drive before installing this
software. Also, there is another companion program Revolutions Pack
7.11 (which comes, as a separate install, in the AutoPatcher for
Win98SE package), which requires extreme caution before installing
(can even result in re-formating a "C" drive), which changes the look
(theme, wallpaper, icons) of 98SE into either XP or Vista (I am
currently running a Vista theme). Again, RP7.11 works great on my
computer, I get the much nicer Vista look along with the full update
of Win98SE. These 2 programs bring a freshness to 98SE making me want
to continue to use it. Just my experience, observations. Much luck.
