Windows Protection Error Again!

S

Satish Gupta

I posted this problem a few weeks ago and got it resolved, but it has
resurfaced. A few facts are different this time.

SAME AS THE LAST TIME:
I have Windows 98 Second edition. I made no changes to my computer in
the
recent past. All of the sudden, when I boot up I get this message
"Windows
Protection Error." It suggests that I open in safe mode. I am able to
do
that. What do I have to do to get rid of this problem and start using
my
computer in the normal mode?

NEW FACTS
Bootlog.txt shows the following errors this time.
Load Failed: ndis2sup.vxd
initfailure: esdi_506.pdr
initcompletefailed = sdvxd
dynamicload failed: nuwav.dre : File not found
The following .ttf files failed to load, with a failure code of 2.

befrisky.ttf
cgpastes.ttf
gilshd.ttf
grephlt.ttf
graphltn.ttf
lucasit.ttf
lucasr.ttf
miles.ttf
signetro.ttf

Thank you.

Satish
