Is GDiVX1.9.9.2.exe a virus?

Does anyone have any suggestions on whether GDiVX1.9.9.2.exe is a virus or not?

I receive following messages when I scan through Symantec online Anti-Virus
C:\WINDOWS\system32\r_server.exe is infected with Remacc.Radmin
C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\上手文件夾\GDiVX1.9.9.2.exe is
infected with Adware.NDotNet
C:\backup\Radmin\r_server.exe is infected with Remacc.Radmin

Does anyone have any suggestions whether those files are virus or not?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
Eric

What results do you get from a scan using a decent antivirus such as AVG?
From your comments it appears you have no antivirus protection on your
computer - ouch!

The first file is adware/spyware, but the second one appears to be a
virus. Check out these links:

survive for long with Symantec -)]
