Foxit 2.3 PDF Reader Doesn't Work with 98

I went back to 2.1, and it works fine.

I went to 2.1 because of non OS-related problems with find text.

I see conflicting [as usual] postings. Some blame it on the installer
version verses the zipped [no install version].

Did you try the zipped version?

I have and use 2.2, not installed/zipped.

I had trouble with the typewriter mode although the viewer worked. I
installed the zip version, as I used th typewriter, it would get
unstable and the app would eventually lock up.
