ending unresponsive programme also restarting involuntarily

PC often restarts of its own accord, I turned off the automatic restart so
that I could see error message on blue screen and this is what came up:
Stop 0x0000008E (0xC0000005 0xF631CA3D 0xF40E9AA4 0x00000000) 1ksysflt.sys -
address F631CA3D base at F6314000, datestamp 4601ea87 beginning dump of
physical memory
physical memory dump complete

also when I am shutting down usally get two unresponsive programmes MCCWSA
and CCAPP
also in outlook in past week when sending email have had error message
800CCOF sending error

any help appreciated. system is very slow and takes ages to open files,
move between screens etc
