restore crash domain controller

Hi all,

i got problem with win 2k3 server, i hv 2 redundant DC. but after 3
weeks, the secondary DC has been crashed.

and also lost connection with domain, and i see in windows event
viewer logger many error encounter. one of error is userenv error.
when i restart the computer, and back to win2k3 i get message box,
"target principal name is incorrect"


would you help me to solve this problem ?

what happen if i remove the crash dc and install new dc, is the new dc
automatically replicate with the old DC?
