Pop ups keep coming, vnr_creatives_history

Recently, my laptop got to notice the similar problem.

Last query: INSERT INTO vnr_creatives_history SET
uid=2933683754995559387, cid=0, view_time=UNIX_TIMESTAMP() ON DUPLICATE
KEY UPDATE view_time=UNIX_TIMESTAMP()
Error: 1114 The table 'vnr_creatives_history' is full
Last query: INSERT INTO vnr_creatives_history SET
uid=2933683754995559387, cid=27, view_time=UNIX_TIMESTAMP() ON
DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE view_time=UNIX_TIMESTAMP()
Error: 1114 The table 'vnr_creatives_history' is full

I followed the solution given over here in the page
http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=793199. I got rid of some
threats. But the pop ups keep coming. And my pop up blocker is at the
hightest level of settings. Also, NAV is running along with AVG
antispyware. And I placed the popup site's URL to the restricted access
sites in my Internet browser settings. But I kept seeing the pop ups.
Any ideas to fix this problem..?

I'd recommend reformatting. Secondary would be to turn on the windows
firewall, locate what site is being contacted, and blocking that site in the
windows HOST file. If done this would bring up a page can not be displayed
instead of the error message. It's a flimsy patch though, not a fix.

Restricting a web site after you are infected is useless. The damage has
already been done.

Use all of these:

You may have to boot up into safe mode to totally remove many infections.
After you have removed everything, protect your computer. Install good anti
virus protection and anti malware protection. Modify your browsing habits
and know what you are clicking on when you get email.
