I have a hard drive on my Windows Server 2000 install that is used for
files only. Several of the folders on that drive are suddenly
inaccessible. I am told it is inaccessible and the directory is
either corrupted or unreadable. Are there any inherent tools in
Server 2000 or 3rd party tools that you can recommend to help repair
this issue. Once I recover the files that are in these folders I was
planning to reformat the hard drive to see if that fixed issue in the
long run. Any other advice would be appreciated.
