Good afternoon,
I have a Proliant DL140 G3 server running Windows Server 2003 R2. The
machine has 2GB of RAM installed.
Users are noticing that viewing .tiff files and .pdf's is painfully slow and
choppy. Would a RAM upgrade fix this? We are using Adobe Acrobat 8 to view
..pdf's and we're using the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer to view .tiff
files. Our main concern is getting the .tiff's to be viewed faster. Any
information would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks very much!
