What Is The Diff Betwn ISA and IIS?

Can someone please explain to me what the difference between ISA and IIS is?
We are a Windows 2000 and 2003 Server environment with 2003 DCs. Thank you.

IIS is the web server provided in Windows Server. An alternative is Apache.
ISA is a software firewall with strong proxying capabilities (i.e it can
respond as though it was the web server). An alternative is a hardware
firewall or something like Squid.
Of course both IIS and ISA are well integrated with other MS products like
AD and Exchange.

IIS is a web server. It serves internet pages, dynamic or not (html,
aspx...)
ISA is both a firewall and a proxy (even a reverse proxy). The firewall part
protect two zone by filterint what's going on between.
