How to create a replication server

Hello. I have to exactly server. Same model, same hardware. One server is a
file printer server the other one was an exchange server. No I'm not using
that server as an exchange server I would like to configure it to be a backup
server. My idea is to have a exact copy of the file printer server.

If for any case if the file printer server goes off I have the backup server
(the old exchange) to work. Users wouldn't note the difference.
