All of a sudden all the administrator accounts are getting security event
error 577 priveledge use failures. All the administrators log in
successfully and dont seem to be effected by this. Do you know what is the
cause of this and how to correct it?

Probably some user right previously granted to Administrators group
has been removed and the admins have logged in after that happened.
The extended information in the event log might assist in finding out
what privs are now not being granted, which in turn might help getting
at what changed.
