How many folders in a folder

Anybody who knows how many folders you can have in a folder in W2000 server
with NTFS? there must be some limit.

So the limit of 4.294.697.295 files on a volume could be folders in a single
folder?

Yes, file or folders the limit is for the combined number of objects.
Actually the limit would be -1, for the parent folder -)
