Remote Assistance

All,
My mother has Windows 2000 and needs assistance. I have XP and Vista.
How do I have her setup Win2000 to allow remote assistance and send me an
invitation?

Hello McRolin,

Not possible by default in 2000 like in XP or vista, but you can use this
one, it's free:

As Myweb mentioned, Remote Assistance is not available
on Win2000 machines. You could run the product he
mentions, WinVNC, in "Reverse Takeover Mode" so that
your mother only has to click a shortcut in order to open her
machine to yours. Installation is trival at her end but quite
demanding at yours. Post again if you require more details.
