Spankey DeMonkey, Not Me, Just FYI. I Live In The Windy City Suburbs And
Have Comcast High Speed Internet, Also Just FYI.

The manager at Comcast was very nice. After speaking with him for about 30
minutes, he said that the problem with kevpan815 will be dealt with
properly. The complaints to other ISP's will stop. He made an assurance of
that. He did state that there were a number of complaints already filed and
their investigation is ongoing.
