Terminal Services Licensing Server will not Start

Hey all

The Licensing Server Service will not start because of low disk space. I
get the error stating that the log file could not be created and so the
service will not start. How do I change the log file location at service
start up? I have already cleared as much disk space on the OS drive as
possible but have plenty on other drives. Thanks.
