Last update wiped out all outer updates

I don't know what the number of the update was. It failed to install 3 times. My PC had to take time to configure-fail then revert each time. Most annoying. I thought doing a system to restore back to before I tried to install it the first time. That

didn't do anything. I then opened the troubleshooter. Boy was than a major mistake. It fixed something but it wiped out every restore point as well as every update. It took it back to square none and said I had never done an update on it.

 

Now when I try to reinstall the updated it keeps some and then goes through that whole install fail reconfigure then revert.

Any ideas of how to fix this???

 

I forgot to add that it now keeps installing the same updates over and over.
