I am getting run dll error when I restart my pc also when I restart it always starts in safe mode

every time I shut down my computer it restarts in safe mode, I have to continuously hit F8 to get to normal reload... after it completes the reload I then get a &quot Run DLL &quot error &quot cxrvqpb.dll &quot.....I've run my malware and anti virus several times but

it doesn't show any problems...not very computer savoy so any help would be greatly appreciated
