How do I remove the FBDowloader program from the computer?

My computer has become infected with the browser hijacker program, FBDowloader. I uninstalled the program and I have run Norton Power Eraser, MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, McAfee Security Scan and MSE, none of which can locate it or remove it. Power

Eraser says there are no rootkit viruses. Everytime I start my computer and open IE, I go to Tools - Internet Options, reset the home page to the default home page and change the search provider to Google. I then remove FBDownloader as a search engine choice.

However, FBDownloader reappears whenever I restart my computer and I have to go through the process of deleting it again. FBDownloader also appears in Google Chrome and Mozilla, and I reset and delete it there as well. How can I get rid of this pest?
